PUBLIC NOTICE: Demand Side Survey
PUBLIC NOTICE: Demand Side Survey
Please note that the National Reserve Bank of Tonga in partnership with the Tonga Department of Statistics will be conducting a survey on how people in different circumstances deal with financial matters, known as the Demand Side Survey. The objective of this survey is to have a better understanding of the people’s access and demand for financial services (such as loans or money transfer services). The survey will start on the 15th February to 5th March 2016. |
In this regard, we are kindly seeking the assistance of the households in Tonga especially the households that will be selected to participate in the survey. We are asking for your time, support, patience and cooperation if our enumerators visit your household to conduct the survey. The results of this survey will help to improve financial services in Tonga. This would also support the NRBT’s financial inclusion initiatives not only in Tongatapu but also covering the outer islands. All information you give us is confidential and cannot be traced back to you. |
